BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Before proceeding with a booking at The Nail Epicurean, please read our policy fully. By making a booking, you are accepting our conditions of the policy.
All bookings require a deposit to secure your appointment, no exceptions.
Please advise The Nail Epicurean 48hrs by text message or email prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or re-schedule. This minimum cancellation period will give us a fair opportunity to fill your vacated spot in our diary. Notice received after this time will result in a non-refundable deposit.
We allow a grace period of 10-15mins if you are running late, however this could impact your requested service (no nail art, basic manicure only instead of booked service). If you arrive later than 15mins, your appointment will unfortunately be cancelled and you will be charged for the full cost of your appointment. Please ensure you arrive at your appointment on time.
NO-SHOWS will forfeit their deposit and will no longer be able to make future appointments at The Nail Epicurean.
The Nail Epicurean has found it difficult to fill cancelled spots at short notice. Last minute cancellations & no-shows have a significant impact on a small salon such as ours and results in profit loss.
For insurance and safety reasons, please leave your children at home. We have a strict no child policy. Extra guests are also not permitted at your appointment. This will enable us to perform your services with out any interruptions.
Contraindications: if there are any signs of injury/infections/warts, your appointment will be cancelled on the spot and we will not work on it until it is completely clear (regardless of doctors clearance). This is to ensure the safety of our customers and ourself. If you are unsure, please feel free to email us a picture of the contraindication so we can assess before you make a booking. NB: deposit is non-refundable if your appointment is cancelled upon assessment on the day
